One Executive Center

The lobby of one of Albuquerque’s premier office buildings was reimagined to elevate and cultivate the office experience and to present a more modern and timeless interior. The goal was to create a space with a focus on aesthetic, function, accessibility, and comfort. Key design elements included an open interior atrium allowing natural light to fill the lobby, dramatic murals highlighted with sculptural furnishings and elements, and intimate conversation areas surrounded by open spaces. Numerous plantings and graceful river rock combined with a central water feature added to a park-like environment. A modern bistro & coffee shop structure was also included for the convenience of tenants and guests of the office complex.
